📌 Booking Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking date and time

  • No dates are confirmed until payment is received

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of payment

🔁 Rescheduling Policy (IMPORTANT – you should have this)

  • One reschedule is allowed with at least 24-hour notice

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • Last-minute reschedules may require a new deposit

⏰ Late & No-Show Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed

  • After 15 minutes, a $30 late fee will be applied

  • After 30 minutes, the session is automatically canceled
